LTC Class: Learn to Safely Carry and Operate Your Weapon – June 7th

Are you ready to become a confident and responsible firearm owner? Our LTC (License to Carry) class offers more than just basic classroom instruction. In addition to covering the legal aspects of carrying a weapon, we provide basic and intermediate shooting fundamentals to ensure you are fully prepared to safely operate your firearm.
What to Expect:
Classroom Instruction (8:00am – 12:00pm at Abstract Photography Studio): Learn the critical legal knowledge you need to carry a weapon responsibly. We will cover the state laws, your rights, and your obligations when carrying a firearm in public.
Shooting Proficiency & Fundamentals (1:30pm – 5:00pm at Richardson Homestead): Under expert guidance, you’ll gain hands-on experience practicing essential shooting skills. Whether you’re a beginner or have prior experience, this session is designed to build your confidence and proficiency with your firearm.

What to Bring:
A notebook or device to take notes during the classroom session (a multiple-choice written exam will be administered at the end)
For the shooting portion:
Your weapon (let us know if you need to borrow one)
Ammunition: Minimum 50 rounds for qualification (recommend 150 rounds for extra practice)
Eye protection (glasses, safety goggles, or sunglasses)
Hearing protection (ear plugs or over-the-ear muffs)
Close-toed shoes for safety
Hat (recommended for sun protection)
